Six-month mandatory legal internship supporting the Legal team at an asset management company. Responsibilities include contributing to legal projects and cross-departmental working groups while gaining exposure to fund management and asset management. Candidates must be current law students completing a required internship, demonstrate analytical ability, initiative, teamwork, independence, and Microsoft Office proficiency. Maintain accounting records and reconciliations for funds, SPVs, and legal entities; oversee external accounting providers; prepare reporting adjustments, financial statements, invoices, audit documentation, consolidation inputs, NAV calculations, and regulatory data.
