Support project management to meet profitability and schedule goals. Maintain project documents, drawings, submittal and PCI logs (CMiC), assist with CPM schedules, cost coding, change orders, quality management, progress photos, closeout documentation, and basic BIM/model administration. Attend meetings, perform site safety planning, and complete assigned project engineering tasks.

Manage VDC/BIM processes for construction projects: update as-built models, lead implementation, supervise VDC team, perform clash detection and RFI resolution, run 4D scheduling, support BIM production and standards, develop and deliver training, and coordinate with IT/MEP/Project Controls.

Lead and deliver large, complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, project teams, quality, safety, and contract compliance. Support estimating, business development, claims avoidance, and warranty follow-up.
