Responsibilities include territory management, frequent in-person visits, product demonstrations, ROI analysis, consultative selling, negotiations, partner activation, ongoing support, pipeline management, revenue targets, adoption tracking, troubleshooting, market research, and reporting using advanced Excel or Google Sheets.

Lead a city-level food delivery business across sales, supply, and operations. Drive revenue, market share, partner acquisition, account initiatives, customer experience, delivery safety, process improvement, and P&L performance. Manage city hiring, training, targets, incentives, and career planning while aligning central stakeholders and resolving execution roadblocks. Develop strategic regional sales and marketing plans, anticipate market trends, and maintain strong relationships with restaurant and community partners.

Lead the technical roadmap and architecture for AI systems across search, recommendations, advertising, discounting, and fraud. Design scalable, low-latency ML pipelines, evaluate advanced techniques including GenAI, reinforcement learning, causal modeling, and graph models, and ensure production monitoring and experimentation. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business to connect AI investments to business outcomes. Mentor senior data scientists and ML engineers, establish technical standards, and advise leadership on platform strategy and model adoption.
