Manage process improvement and re-engineering projects focused on operational excellence, productivity, quality, inventory management, and manpower efficiency. Apply lean methodologies, 5S, data analysis, automation, and structured project management to improve Instamart processes. Partner with product and business teams to design process and product flows, address root causes, improve data quality, and implement solutions that enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Designs and leads sales and operations capability programs, including onboarding bootcamps, on-the-job training, refresher workshops, coaching, and train-the-trainer initiatives. Measures training effectiveness through productivity and business KPIs, develops role-specific learning content, and partners with Sales, Operations, HR, internal faculty, and external vendors. The role supports teams across Food Marketplace, Drivers, and Dine Out, with frequent travel for training and field visits.
