Lead governance, SOP rollout, and continuous improvement with cross-functional partners to ensure consistent execution and SLA compliance.

Develop and manage strategic relationships with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and logistics partners to drive customer acquisition and channel growth. Identify and onboard new partners, support negotiations and commercial discussions, coordinate implementation with Operations and Customer Success, generate opportunities through integrations, and monitor market trends. Track partnership count, acquisition, package volume, and revenue from platform channels.

Drive local customer acquisition and revenue growth by selling logistics and e-commerce solutions to warehouses, 3PLs, marketplace sellers and retailers. Build and maintain relationships, deliver sales presentations and negotiations, collaborate with operations to ensure satisfaction, and meet monthly and quarterly targets for acquisition, revenue, package volume and retention.
