Lead and manage multiple enterprise SaaS implementations from initiation to launch. Act as primary customer project manager and trusted advisor, define scope, plan and track deliverables, maintain PM and CRM records, mitigate risks, and ensure timely, on-budget deployments and customer satisfaction.
