Teams at SWIFT

Provide comprehensive administrative support to site management and department leaders: manage site operations, calendars, meetings, travel, events, vendor coordination, expense reports, meeting materials and minutes, visitor access approvals in ServiceNow, and participate in special projects and backup coverage.

Operate and evolve an enterprise OpenShift platform supporting business-critical applications. Responsibilities include platform reliability, observability across metrics, logs and traces, SLI/SLO/SLA management, ELK monitoring and logging, incident response, root cause analysis, cluster lifecycle management, security compliance, automation, GitOps, infrastructure as code, application onboarding, and on-call support.

Maintain and monitor operational network infrastructure, analyze network health and performance, troubleshoot issues, manage logs, support customer investigations, implement configuration changes and installations, and improve operational processes. The role requires collaboration with Customer Support, strong analytical skills, and willingness to work daytime weekends.
