Teams at SWIFT

Manage and grow medium-size accounts and market infrastructures by identifying customer needs, developing and implementing sales plans, coordinating activities, acting as single point of contact, representing the company at events, sharing market intelligence, and maintaining partnership portfolios to achieve revenue targets.

Support baseline management and product enhancement implementation for the KYC Registry. Capture and follow up on stakeholder feedback, assist testing and rollout preparation, collaborate with KYC Operations and Product Delivery squads, and participate in continuous improvement to enhance usability and customer experience.

Leads end-to-end business analysis for complex initiatives, facilitating discovery workshops, assessing root causes and data or integration impacts, defining requirements, supporting solution design, and driving decisions through trade-offs. The role identifies risks and dependencies, influences stakeholders, balances business and technical considerations, and mentors junior analysts. Experience with order-to-cash domains, enterprise platforms, BPMN tools, and AI tools is expected.
