Coordinates bid processing and pricing requests by formatting customer documents, completing bid sections, submitting responses on schedule, maintaining bid databases, and communicating with sales, operations, billing, and customers. Supports pricing projects, generates reports, identifies data discrepancies, and assists with system and analytics-related requests.

Administers employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, insurance, leave, and wellness plans. Handles employee inquiries, carrier invoices, medical support orders, payroll integrations, arrears, compliance notices, and benefits communications. Maintains secure records, supports unemployment claims, coordinates with vendors, and recommends process improvements. Ensures accurate and compliant benefits administration across federal, state, and local requirements.

Provides customer service for transportation accounts by entering and monitoring load information, resolving pickup and delivery issues, balancing freight capacity, tracing shipments, and communicating with internal and external customers. The role requires strong telephone, time management, data-entry, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced team environment. An associate degree or equivalent education and experience is required.
