Supervise a fleet of 10 or more drivers, manage availability and home-time expectations, and maximize fleet productivity and profitability. Responsibilities include coaching drivers, reviewing profit and loss, managing tractors and trailers, and improving safety and claims performance. The role operates Wednesday through Saturday on a 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. night schedule.

Manage complex transportation bodily injury claims, including investigation, liability evaluation, financial analysis, negotiation, reserving, and settlement. Handle DOT claims, pre-suit matters, and lawsuits; coordinate with attorneys, insurers, investigators, vendors, witnesses, and law enforcement. Prepare for and advocate at depositions, trials, and mediations, collaborate with defense counsel, and provide technical guidance on complex claims.
