Serve as the dealership's customer-facing salesperson: greet customers, assess needs, conduct vehicle presentations and test drives, manage CRM records, follow the sales process through delivery, collaborate with managers and F&I, and pursue ongoing product and sales training.

Coordinate the pre-owned vehicle lifecycle from acquisition to sale. Receive and process sales paperwork, verify contracts and signatures, post purchase transactions to accounting, process lease and finance payoffs via OEM websites, support pricing/marketing/reconditioning, and assist sales as needed.

Greet and guide guests through vehicle selection, present and demonstrate vehicles, build relationships and follow up via CRM, collaborate with finance, meet sales targets, and uphold Honda and company hospitality standards.
