Supports multi-state payroll accounting for nearly 3,000 employees across six states. Responsibilities include processing and reconciling payroll transactions, preparing journal entries and accruals, performing month-end close, analyzing variances, accounting for variable compensation, reconciling taxes and benefits, supporting audits, and improving payroll accounting controls and processes.
