Deliver hands-on configuration, integrations, and technical design for a Workday Learning environment. Build and troubleshoot EIB templates, create custom/advanced/matrix reports, design business processes, configure security groups and calculated fields, and support Workday integration architecture (Core Connectors, Web Services, Studio). Work under NIIT/Workday SME mentorship; this is a build-and-configure implementation role, not end-user administration.

Design and scope client learning solutions, lead RFP responses and presentations, estimate effort and budgets, co-design with ID/creative/engineering teams, onboard project teams, support business development and client relationship-building, and ensure smooth transition to delivery teams.

Drive end-to-end planning and delivery of large-scale cross-functional programs (events, launches, campaigns). Create project plans, timelines, RACI, and workback schedules; coordinate agencies and vendors; facilitate meetings; track milestones and action items; support roadmapping, resource allocation, and organizational program management processes.
