Cultivate, solicit, and steward major gifts from alumnae, parents, and friends. Manage a portfolio of prospects, create solicitation plans, record contacts in Banner, collaborate on giving initiatives, travel frequently for donor meetings, and represent the college at events.

Coordinate and execute alumnae engagement events (on-campus, off-campus, virtual), manage logistics, vendors, staffing, communications, safety/contingency planning, budgeting coordination, and post-event evaluation to improve future programming.

Tenure-track Assistant Professor to teach undergraduate mechanical and/or chemical engineering courses and labs (thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, transport phenomena preferred), carry a six-course-equivalent teaching load, contribute to the leadership core, mentor and conduct research with undergraduates, and support recruitment of women into engineering.
