Teams at Sweet Briar College

Coordinate and execute alumnae engagement events (on-campus, off-campus, virtual), manage logistics, vendors, staffing, communications, safety/contingency planning, budgeting coordination, and post-event evaluation to improve future programming.

Provide career advising and workshops for students, oversee and expand the internship program, coordinate career events and employer visits, manage employer databases and communications, support assessment and reporting, supervise student workers, handle office administration, and assist with student transportation to off‑campus career events.

Provide daily care for horses at the college riding center: feed, water, turnout, blanketing, basic first aid, stall cleaning, recordkeeping, laundry, facility upkeep, and assist in supervising student workers.
