Serve as the primary post-sale contact to drive onboarding, implementation, adoption, retention, and expansion. Build success plans and performance metrics, configure and optimize Sweep within customers' Salesforce environments, manage renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and surface customer feedback to Product and Engineering.
