Sweed POS Benefits Overview

Administer and optimize HubSpot as the primary CRM, with periodic Salesforce administration. Maintain CRM architecture, data quality, reports, dashboards, workflows, automations, integrations, synchronization, user access, and documentation. Troubleshoot structural and reporting issues, clean legacy configurations, improve system reliability and scalability, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams on CRM needs.

Lead and coach a 10–15-person account executive team, owning pipeline reviews, sales forecasting, deal progression, performance management, and quota attainment. Establish consistent sales processes, qualification standards, CRM practices, and enablement playbooks. Partner with RevOps, marketing, product, partnerships, and customer experience to remove blockers, improve conversion, support hiring, and align sales execution with company priorities.

Lead the vision, strategy, prioritization, delivery, and evaluation of Sweed’s Marketing products. Own complex initiatives from discovery through launch, work directly with customers, and balance business needs, technical constraints, and scalability. Mentor Product Owners, strengthen product practices, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Analytics, and leadership. The role requires hands-on product leadership, strategic decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and accountability for measurable outcomes across marketing, loyalty, promotions, segmentation, and customer engagement capabilities.
