Build and maintain reliable data pipelines using Airflow and Trino, ingesting data from databases, APIs, event streams, and third-party integrations. Improve monitoring, validation, alerting, and pipeline observability. Deploy and maintain AWS services, optimize queries and storage for performance and cost, and collaborate with analytics, architecture, product, and engineering teams. The role also contributes to data modeling, streaming architectures, and cloud infrastructure.

Own the full sales cycle for new and existing dispensary accounts in Northern California. Generate pipeline, conduct discovery and ROI-focused demos, negotiate bundled SaaS contracts, maintain HubSpot forecasting and CRM hygiene, and meet ARR and door-count targets. Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success on campaigns, upsells, adoption, and retention. Capture customer feedback and contribute to sales playbooks and enablement materials. The role requires extensive travel to dispensary sites, trade shows, and regional events.

Own and evolve Sweed’s visual communication and brand design system across websites, landing pages, campaigns, product marketing, social media, presentations, email, print, and events. Translate complex SaaS product capabilities into compelling visuals, collaborate with product marketing and leadership, manage multiple projects independently, and explore AI-native workflows for design, content, motion, and web prototyping.
