The Technical Implementation Manager will manage the onboarding and migration of hosts, ensuring smooth technical setups and integrations, while communicating effectively with clients.

Support the Host Squad as a hands-on PM intern: own feature work end-to-end, prioritize backlog, triage bugs, run analytics, conduct competitive research, and help shape product strategy for host-facing flows (ticketing, memberships, scheduling, co-hosting).

Lead end-to-end ML work: define product problems as ML tasks, prototype and ship models (ranking, retrieval, LLM agents), build evaluation and monitoring, and measure marketplace impact (bookings, retention, GMV). Collaborate with engineering, product, and growth to deploy production models and improve LLM reliability.
