Support planning, coordination, and execution of civil construction projects under supervision. Assist with schedules, budgets, technical analyses, documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders), quality control, construction oversight, and collaboration with designers, contractors, and field personnel to ensure compliance with plans and project objectives.

Assist in preparing civil engineering designs, drawings, calculations, and construction plans for roadways, drainage, grading, and utilities. Support analyses (hydrology, structural loads), documentation, cost estimates, and coordination with stakeholders while ensuring compliance with codes and project requirements. Collaborate with project teams and perform occasional site visits.

Lead and manage civil infrastructure projects from design through construction. Prepare and review project documentation, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, monitor quality and compliance, track budgets and schedules, and perform field inspections using PM and CAD/CADD tools.

Develop detailed designs, plans, and specifications for roadways, drainage, grading, and utilities; perform engineering analyses (hydrology, structural, geotech); manage design schedules, budgets, and deliverables; coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulators; prepare reports, cost estimates, and technical documentation; mentor junior staff and stay current on civil engineering tools and regulations.
