Collects outstanding debts by persuading delinquent customers to establish repayment terms, documenting account activity, meeting production goals, following collection laws and client standards, and securely handling PCI data. The role requires professional customer communication, negotiation, multitasking, basic computer and typing skills, and navigation across multiple systems. It includes three weeks of paid training, weekday shifts, one late evening weekly, and one Saturday monthly.

Work remotely to contact delinquent customers and negotiate repayment terms using collections software and CollabAI, while following federal and state collection laws, recording account activity, protecting PCI data, and meeting production and performance targets.
