Own enterprise client relationships and advise brand, marketing, and insights teams on research and pre-testing programs. Guide research design, execution, and interpretation; translate findings into actionable messaging and creative recommendations. Drive platform adoption, identify use cases, provide product feedback, and partner with sales on pitches, renewals, and expansion. Manage multiple client priorities while communicating complex research and quantitative insights clearly to nontechnical audiences.

The Chief of Staff will help executive leadership convert strategic priorities into execution. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional projects, tracking company priorities and milestones, running leadership meetings and planning cycles, preparing board and investor materials, improving operating processes, supporting special initiatives, and coordinating company communications and culture activities.

Own event strategy and execution across conferences, webinars, executive dinners, sponsorships, and industry activations. Partner with sales to generate qualified pipeline, increase brand awareness, manage vendors and budgets, oversee website updates, and support integrated marketing campaigns. The role requires strong project management, B2B marketing experience, marketing automation proficiency, and familiarity with brands, agencies, advertising, ad tech, or marketing technology.
