The Client Success Director will lead strategic pre-testing programs, advise enterprise clients on content testing, and collaborate with sales to enhance client satisfaction and drive growth.

Build and optimize Swayable’s AI, machine learning, scientific computing, and data analytics engine. Responsibilities include Python software development, scalable distributed and parallel computing architecture, vectorized high-performance code, machine learning tools, data visualization, testing, maintenance, and collaboration with engineers, data scientists, and researchers. The role also involves solving novel technical problems, improving AI/ML operations, mentoring junior engineers, and documenting implementation tradeoffs.

Build, maintain, and improve Swayable's AI/ML and scientific computing systems. Productize machine learning and data-analysis workflows, optimize high-performance distributed and parallel computing, and collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and researchers to deliver scalable, testable solutions and new product features.
