Drive process design and continuous improvement across sample development and mass production. Develop and maintain routing times, analyze cycle and routing data, identify inefficiencies, ensure compliance with manufacturing process mapping, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to document and improve standard work and processes.

Design, implement and optimize manufacturing processes for jewelry and crystal products; create technical requirements and process parameters; manage product launch schedules; design and test production tooling/jigs; troubleshoot process, tooling, gluing, and quality issues; coordinate process improvements with cross-functional teams.
