Provide exceptional customer service, build emotional connections and long-term relationships, meet individual and team sales targets, maintain an organized welcoming store environment, use digital retail tools, and promote brand knowledge and loyalty programs.

Support creation and maintenance of master data across finance, suppliers, customers, and materials. Handle day-to-day maintenance requests, run reports and analyses, ensure process quality and KPIs, identify improvements, assess system impacts, and assist in rollouts and testing of new master data solutions.

Develop and execute global social media (Instagram-focused) and influencer marketing plans; translate campaigns into engaging content; coordinate influencer scouting, approvals, timelines, and deliverables; manage day-to-day social operations and act as central coordinator across Brand, PR, Media, Product, Events, and Regional teams to deliver integrated global and local activations.
