Own and execute the end-to-end social strategy for LinkedIn and X: create, schedule, and publish platform-tailored content; grow followers and engagement; engage with the community; ghostwrite for founders; track KPIs and optimize from analytics; coordinate visuals with design; monitor Web3/crypto trends and refine social playbooks. Remote role based in APAC time zones.

Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate communications, coordinate interviews across time zones, support onboarding and HR operations, maintain ATS records, draft HR documentation, and improve recruitment workflows for a fully remote startup. Requires bilingual English and Mandarin communication.
