Coordinate and manage private-sector RFQ submissions and proposal development for the Los Angeles studio. Support media inquiries, awards, publications, and external communications. Maintain project materials, coordinate subconsultants, prepare interview and presentation materials, and support storytelling and digital outreach.

Provide hands-on hardware and software support for computers, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices for the Los Angeles office; offer remote support to other offices, follow IT standards, ensure compliance, and coordinate with local management and the CTO.

Manage and lead RFQ/RFP pursuits from opportunity identification to submission. Create compelling qualification packages, proposals, interview decks, project tearsheets, resumes, and award submissions. Coordinate consultants and firmwide marketing, maintain organized materials, support media/publications and outreach, research opportunities, and develop client relationships to strategically position the firm.

Lead and manage studio RFQ/RFP pursuits from opportunity identification through submission and interview preparation. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and consultants, develop schedules and compelling qualification packages, write and edit proposal narratives, maintain proposal databases/CRM, and support firmwide marketing and pursuit strategy to win AEC and landscape architecture projects.

Lead firmwide internal and external communications, develop marketing strategy and brand stewardship, produce and edit multimedia content, manage media relations and crisis communications, mentor marketing staff, align messaging with leadership, and measure effectiveness across channels to raise SWA's profile.
