Leads management information, business intelligence, data governance, reporting, and transformation across the client onboarding and KYC lifecycle. Owns KPI and KRI frameworks, Power BI development, data quality, executive reporting, process redesign, automation opportunities, and operational improvement. Partners with Data and Technology teams, translates complex datasets into business insight, and manages analysts and project resources.

Manage business rates valuation caseloads using comparable rental, contractors, and receipts and expenditure methods. Advise commercial property clients on case law, relief eligibility, and the Check, Challenge and Appeal process. Conduct site inspections, prepare valuation reports and challenge submissions, negotiate with the Valuation Office Agency, and represent clients as an expert witness at tribunals. Manage key accounts, support colleagues, and contribute to business development.

Lead a portfolio of corporate tax compliance and advisory engagements for diverse clients. Build trusted relationships, identify business development opportunities, mentor team members, manage risk and financial performance, and deliver consultancy projects. Collaborate across specialist tax service lines while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and relevant HMRC and professional guidance.
