Lead the Client Onboarding MI capability: own management information, executive reporting, KPI/KRI frameworks, Power BI dashboards and data governance. Act as liaison with Data & Technology, identify and deliver transformation initiatives (process redesign, automation, efficiency), and line-manage MI/Data analysts and project resources to drive operational excellence across onboarding and KYC.

Perform tax compliance across Corporation Tax, Income Tax and VAT for a varied client base; prepare returns and correspondence; liaise with clients and internal teams; support corporate finance and restructuring work; work with senior associates and managers while progressing professional qualifications.

Manage a portfolio of business tax clients, deliver corporate tax advisory, oversee compliance (VAT, employer tax), supervise and develop junior staff, support partners on client and advisory projects, and help meet departmental KPIs around billing and recovery.
