Operate and maintain tug operations for assisted ships, enforce onboard safety culture, manage shipboard administration and reporting, coordinate with Marine Managers and Harbour Pilots, and ensure efficient, timely towage operations.

Hands-on Chief Engineer responsible for maintaining and operating high-power tug machinery in a live port. Diagnose and fix faults under pressure, own engine-room condition, safety and readiness, support Master and crew, and work as part of a small professional team to keep tugs operational at all times.

Responsable de la gestión técnica del remolcador: ejecutar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, supervisar al equipo de ingeniería a bordo, gestionar reportes técnicos y operativos, garantizar cumplimiento de normas de seguridad y medio ambiente, y controlar el uso de maquinaria y recursos técnicos.
