Coordinate procurement, warehousing, inventory, logistics and Purchase-to-Pay for marine operations in Soyo. Work with vessel crews, suppliers and finance to ensure timely, compliant and cost-effective delivery of materials, services and equipment while maintaining inventory control and customs compliance.

Provide operational support for UK towage from the Middlesbrough planning centre: manage bookings, scheduling, invoicing and crew/tug logistics; coordinate with technical and crewing teams; maintain client and stakeholder relationships; prepare operational plans and identify commercial opportunities. Work to a 24-hour rota including day and night shifts.

Responsible for the safe operation, maintenance, efficiency, and reliability of tugboat engine rooms, main machinery, power generation systems, auxiliary equipment, and deck equipment. Performs Level I maintenance, equipment inspections, operational measurements, fuel and water calculations, oil analysis, and monitoring of mechanical systems. Requires related technical training, more than two years of similar experience, practical diagnostic skills, and fluent written and spoken English.
