Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere Automation 360. Build integrations across web, desktop, Excel, databases, APIs, and legacy systems; implement secure, resilient automation patterns; troubleshoot production issues; manage deployments and releases; and maintain technical documentation. The role also supports platform upgrades, governance, code reviews, and junior engineers while collaborating with business, QA, IT, and engineering stakeholders.

Leads fraud risk data analysis, statistical model development, validation, implementation, monitoring, and model risk management across digital and payment channels. Oversees governance, documentation, change management, issue remediation, regulatory engagement, and effective challenge. Partners with senior stakeholders to shape fraud strategy, communicate model findings, and improve fraud prevention while maintaining data quality, compliance, and strong governance.

Own and optimize Workday HCM and Recruiting solutions, including configuration, organizational structures, worker lifecycle events, compensation data, recruiting processes, security, reporting, business process automation, and release management. Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, improve candidate experiences, ensure governance compliance, and support testing and upgrades.
