Determine root causes, adjudicate liability, manage recalls with correspondents, ensure AML/sanctions compliance, maintain audit-ready documentation, support UAT and ISO 20022 migration, mentor junior analysts, and recommend controls to reduce recurrence and financial exposure.

Drive enterprise AI adoption by designing and executing adoption strategies, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and measurement. Partner with business leaders and AI teams to build enablement materials, run campaigns, track adoption metrics, and remove barriers to drive measurable AI business impact.
