Lead tax engagements for clients, provide consultative tax planning and compliance, mentor and supervise staff, build client relationships, manage workload during busy season, and promote continuous learning and professional development.

Lead and perform audits, reviews, compilations, and compliance engagements for nonprofit clients; prepare financial statements and tax/informational returns; provide bookkeeping, supervise and train interns, act as in-charge on engagements, perform Uniform Guidance and compliance testing, participate in client meetings, and support professional development and mentoring. Expect extended hours during busy season.
