Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for assigned projects: plan UAT events, create test cases, execute tests, manage defects, report status, identify/manage risks and entry/exit criteria, liaise with business SMEs, IT and program teams, source resources, and capture lessons learned to support successful project go-live and post-launch verification.

Provide Linux systems administration (installation, configuration, patching, security, backups, restores), manage VMware virtual environments, support high-availability web and Oracle database environments, perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, monitoring, user/account management, and collaborate with technical and nontechnical staff.

Administer and implement large-scale (250+ users) non-grid SAS environments; install and operate SAS 9.2/9.4; perform application and query performance tuning; write Unix scripts; communicate with stakeholders and support on-site interview process in Wilmington, DE.
