Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for assigned projects: plan UAT events, create test cases, execute tests, manage defects, report status, identify/manage risks and entry/exit criteria, liaise with business SMEs, IT and program teams, source resources, and capture lessons learned to support successful project go-live and post-launch verification.

Lead and execute change management activities for large technology deployments: stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, communications, sponsor coaching, training, resistance management, adoption measurement, and integration with project plans.

Consultant to build and maintain applications on Google App Engine using Java (preferred) or Python. Develop REST web services, follow Agile/Scrum processes, and integrate front-end technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, Angular.js) as needed. Work onsite in specified US cities for a 6–12 month contract.
