Serves as the primary contact for retail customers and dealers through phone and email. Documents inquiries, concerns, communication history, and resolutions; provides accurate guidance aligned with company policies; escalates complex issues; and collaborates with internal service, sales, technical, warranty, and supervisory teams to resolve problems efficiently and maintain customer satisfaction.

Assist Accounting Manager with AR/AP/credit and month-end close. Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, payment applications, fixed asset reviews, and resolve vendor/customer discrepancies. Support report preparation, audits, and special projects. Use GAAP, Excel, and ERP (SAP) to analyze transactions and recommend process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
