Support cross-functional project teams delivering Interactive Response Technology (IRT) for clinical trials. Liaise with clients, document and review requirements, manage schedules and scope, assist UAT and training, provide post-go-live protocol support, and ensure client satisfaction throughout build and maintenance phases.

Support employee lifecycle and HR operations including benefits administration, onboarding, compliance, Workday (HRIS) administration, policy development, and process improvement. Act as first point of contact for employee questions, run HR audits and reporting, and identify automation opportunities to streamline HR workflows while independently managing program administration tasks.

Provide multi-country technical support for clinical IRT systems via phone and email; troubleshoot, document, update sensitive clinical production data, escalate issues, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive Customer Care process improvements.
