Analyzes pricing and contract requirements, calculates financial components for proposals and change orders, manages change orders through execution, coordinates with Finance, Legal, and Project Teams, incorporates contract terms and legal feedback, and ensures approved documents are signed and properly stored.

Tests and validates clinical trial software to protect patient safety and study data integrity. Responsibilities include reviewing requirements, developing risk-based validation plans, authoring and executing test scripts, documenting defects, tracking resolutions, and ensuring compliance with company processes. May lead project testing by coordinating testing activities, overseeing team members, serving as the testing point of contact, and ensuring timely, high-quality study builds.

Analyzes client requirements and system configurations to calculate pricing for contracts, proposals, and change orders. Manages change orders from request through signature, maintains budget calculators, verifies financial and contractual terms, coordinates alignment calls, and partners with Finance, Legal, Project Teams, and customers to resolve changes and secure execution.
