Liaise with clients, document and review requirements, manage schedules and scope, assist UAT and training, provide post-go-live protocol support, and ensure client satisfaction throughout build and maintenance phases.

Develop, deploy, and maintain Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems within cross-functional teams. Review requirements, produce technical/implementation designs, ensure data integrity and patient safety, assist production support and troubleshooting, and contribute product improvement ideas.
