Processes and reviews work orders, change orders, service agreements, transfers, and de-bookings. Maintains order terms, product lists, customer records, and master data in Salesforce, NetSuite, and ERP/CRM systems. Partners with sales and service delivery teams to resolve booking issues, supports documentation and archival, performs de-booking calculations, updates training materials, and contributes to reporting, data analysis, and trend identification.

Leads cross-functional delivery of Interactive Response Technology systems for clinical trials, managing timelines, scope, risks, resources, client expectations, meetings, and user acceptance testing. Coordinates internal and external stakeholders, drives issue resolution and process improvements, supports product feature development, oversees associate project managers, and provides client-site training. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong communication and organizational skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and 4–5 years of IT project management experience.

Tests and validates clinical trial software to ensure patient safety, data integrity, and compliance with protocols and company procedures. Develops risk-based validation plans, authors and executes test scripts, documents defects, and tracks resolutions. May lead project testing by coordinating testing activities, managing deliverables, supporting team members, and ensuring timely, high-quality study builds.
