Teams at Suvida Healthcare

Sources, screens, interviews, and recommends candidates for healthcare roles while managing recruiting strategies, job postings, applicant tracking, offers, background checks, and onboarding. Partners with leaders to define hiring needs, builds diverse candidate pipelines, represents the organization at recruiting events, maintains recruiting reports, and ensures compliance with employment regulations. The role requires bilingual English-Spanish capability preferred, strong communication, independent judgment, and travel to centers and events.

Develops relationships with community organizations, businesses, seniors, and families to generate patient leads and achieve enrollment targets. Educates prospective patients about Suvida’s healthcare model, manages leads in a CRM, supports events and outreach initiatives, trains community partners, and guides new patients through their first appointment. The role also nurtures patient relationships to support retention and requires bilingual English-Spanish communication and local or regional travel.

Leads the front end of Suvida Healthcare’s acquisition funnel by identifying and qualifying provider groups, building relationships with physician owners, conducting preliminary diligence, managing Salesforce pipelines, advancing opportunities for executive review, and supporting early-stage diligence and LOI preparation. Requires healthcare business development experience, strong CRM discipline, bilingual English-Spanish communication, and the ability to engage healthcare operators.
