Manages complex clinical digital and information systems projects from conception through completion, overseeing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, quality, milestones, and communications. Leads project teams and junior PMO staff, develops project plans, resolves issues, and supports standardized project management methodologies across the information services organization. Requires substantial Epic EHR implementation experience and proficiency with Microsoft Project and Office Suite; ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management experience is preferred.

Leads inpatient nursing operations and clinical services, managing staffing, workflows, budgets, regulatory compliance, and patient-care standards. Develops and implements process improvements, coordinates resources, mentors teams, resolves complex issues, and collaborates with internal leaders and external agencies. Ensures effective, efficient, and compliant delivery of nursing care while achieving operational and financial objectives.

Coordinate the implementation and sustainment of UKG Workforce Management across Sutter Health, including scheduling, timekeeping, analytics, training, governance, and change management. Lead multiple complex projects, facilitate cross-functional teams, manage milestones and deliverables, provide status reporting, develop recommendations, and support organizational adoption. The role requires stakeholder engagement, presentations, project management, operational analysis, and coordination across service lines and regions.
