Designs and develops custom fire apparatus components using 3D modeling and engineering documentation. Collaborates with sales, production, materials, service teams, vendors, and customers. Creates drawings, schematics, work instructions, spreadsheets, and bills of materials; implements engineering changes; supports manufacturing, inspection, field issue resolution, and continuous design improvements while meeting DOT and NFPA standards.
