Design, build, and operate full stack web applications and scalable back-end services using AWS. Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform, deploy containers with Kubernetes/Helm, automate configuration with Ansible, tune relational databases, implement monitoring, and provide 24x7 production support while ensuring security and compliance.

Respond to inbound calls and emails from employees, research and resolve HR issues using case management and CRM systems, coordinate with HR partners (Benefits, Payroll, Leave), maintain confidential records, apply state labor law knowledge, update employment information, process requests, route calls, promote self-service tools, and provide high-quality customer service with strong communication, multi-tasking, and attention to detail.

Lead end-to-end delivery of software implementation projects using NICE methodology: manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, stakeholders, procurement, and project teams. Act as single point of contact for clients, report status and revenue forecasts, and drive lessons-learned and PM community improvements. Ensure delivery across all SDLC phases for IT/telephony solutions and maintain strong customer relationships.
