Collaborates globally to resolve customer issues, test configurations, and support multi-tenant production environments.

Provide design, deployment, operation, and maintenance of cloud-hosted network and security infrastructure. Administer Palo Alto, Cisco, F5 devices; configure VPNs, IPsec/SSL, routing and WAN; manage AWS networking; troubleshoot network/security incidents; write Terraform and use Git (preferred); support multi-tenant production environments and collaborate with global teams.

Lead and execute market research and strategic consulting projects: research, analysis, insight generation, report preparation, client communication, and team coordination. Support business development, thought leadership, and non-project contributions such as knowledge management and people development.
