Supports HR business partnering by interpreting policies, resolving employee relations issues, coaching employees and operational leaders, administering orientations, documenting personnel actions, supporting payroll, and improving HR processes. The role also participates in process optimization projects and requires strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, judgment, and stakeholder-partnering skills.

The Training Manager oversees new-hire, progression, and enhancement training. Responsibilities include supervising classroom delivery, coaching trainers and nesting leads, monitoring training KPIs, creating improvement plans, producing reports, facilitating trainee handoff to production, and driving learner performance through assessments and engagement activities.

Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native full-stack applications using Node.js and React. Build scalable RESTful APIs, responsive user interfaces, automated tests, and secure backend services. Collaborate with Product, Design, and DevOps teams, participate in Agile ceremonies and code reviews, modernize legacy systems, and apply DevSecOps, observability, containerization, and AI-assisted development practices.
