Develop and coordinate urban planning strategies and land development plans from concept through execution. Conduct site and environmental analyses, manage entitlement processes, coordinate with architects, engineers, developers, consultants, and regulators, and lead community and stakeholder engagement. Prepare planning proposals and presentations, evaluate transportation and utility impacts, ensure zoning and regulatory compliance, support budgeting and scheduling, and promote sustainable, resilient urban design principles.

Lead planning, design, and delivery of municipal public works projects (roadway, water/wastewater, drainage). Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and regulatory compliance. Serve as client lead, mentor engineering staff, use Civil 3D and GIS, and support business development and proposals.

The Business Development Manager will drive growth by identifying opportunities, strengthening client relations, and supporting strategic initiatives in various markets, primarily in the A/E/C sector.
