Drive strategic growth across key accounts by developing executive relationships, identifying new business, expanding existing opportunities, and managing complex enterprise sales cycles. Serve as a trusted advisor on SUSE’s Linux, Kubernetes, cloud, edge, AI, and security solutions. Maintain CRM pipelines and forecasts, collaborate with pre-sales and partners, create account plans, monitor competitors, and transition closed deals to Customer Success.

Acts as a trusted technical advisor for customers and partners, designing and positioning SUSE enterprise solutions. Responsibilities include technical discovery, sales presentations, demonstrations, proofs of concept, RFP responses, competitor analysis, solution validation, account planning, and customer feedback. The role collaborates with sales, engineering, partners, and customer success teams while supporting go-to-market efforts, mentoring peers, and maintaining CRM opportunity data.

Coordinates daily office operations and maintains a safe, welcoming workplace. Responsibilities include managing visitors, meeting rooms, shipping, invoices, supplies, vendors, contractors, events, workplace budgets, health and safety compliance, and employee experience initiatives. The role also resolves office-related issues, gathers feedback, supports workplace improvements, and assists the Head of Global Real Estate.
