Manage B2B marketing for a UK construction-focused surveyor, delivering multi-channel campaigns to drive sales inquiries, build thought leadership, map customer journeys, optimise marketing ROI, and collaborate with operations, sales, and agencies.

Support the marketing team to generate MQLs/Sales Qualified Leads via account-based email campaigns, lead generation (Glenigan, LinkedIn, internal databases, events), customer feedback collection (NPS, Google Reviews via email/text/WhatsApp), and support organic SEO and website engagement growth. Work cross-functionally with regional operations and sales.

Prepare construction sites for development by setting out piles, foundations, grid lines, drainage and roads; perform as-built surveys referenced to drawings/BIM; map boundaries; liaise with designers; oversee quality control and H&S; keep site diary and resolve technical issues. UK-wide travel and occasional overnight/weekend work required.
