Provides proactive executive support to the President and CEO, including calendar and communication management, briefing preparation, stakeholder coordination, executive leadership team support, board and committee governance administration, meeting minutes, records management, strategic initiative tracking, and confidential information handling. The role ensures follow-through on priorities, coordinates executive and governance activities, and supports effective organizational leadership.
