This individual plays a key role in collaborating with the R&D, quality, regulatory, marketing, sales, clinical, operations, manufacturing and training teams to ensure that both upstream strategic initiatives and downstream product launches go smoothly and objectives are met.

Manufacture a limited number of medical products in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices in a controlled environment. Responsibilities include assembling small medical devices manually, cleaning and packaging devices, ensuring adherence to guidelines, organizing the laboratory, and preparing samples for QC department.

Responsible for managing a sales territory, meeting or exceeding business objectives, promoting product line, and translating customer feedback. Develop effective business plans, launch new products, maintain customer relationships, and comply with regulations. Requires 5+ years of experience in medical device sales or related field, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 75%. Bachelor's degree preferred.
