Reliable transportation, steel-toed boots, drug and alcohol testing, and completion of company orientations are required.

Operates mainline excavators for trench excavation and pipe installation, ensuring proper depth and grade, safe rigging, and coordination with ground crews and nearby equipment. The role requires experience in water and sewer installations, subdivision servicing, roadway construction, and urban renewal. It is a physically demanding seasonal position in Fort McMurray with long workdays, site orientations, drug and alcohol testing, and required personal transportation.

Processes full-cycle biweekly hourly payroll, including collective bargaining agreements, reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, government remittances, employee inquiries, legislative updates, and year-end T4 reporting. The role ensures payroll accuracy, compliance with employment standards and union agreements, confidentiality, and timely payments while supporting managers and employees with payroll matters.
