Design, implement, maintain, and optimize hybrid public and private cloud infrastructure, storage, operating systems, enterprise management tools, and automation. Lead capacity planning, infrastructure cost analysis, security compliance, business continuity and disaster recovery planning, performance testing, documentation, and resolution of complex operational issues. Provide escalation support across technology departments while improving reliability, efficiency, and security.

Assesses and optimizes product performance through metrics, dashboards, user research, behavioral analysis, and stakeholder feedback. Recommends product enhancements, documents findings, serves as a product subject matter expert, supports pilot and early-adopter programs, develops product documentation, educates stakeholders, and helps diagnose product issues throughout the lifecycle.

Lead enterprise AI initiatives as a principal engineer and solution architect. Design, prototype, and deploy scalable generative AI, RAG, agentic AI, and predictive solutions. Translate business needs into technical requirements, evaluate technologies and vendors, conduct architecture reviews, and establish AI engineering, trust, safety, monitoring, and compliance standards. Mentor engineers and guide responsible AI practices across customer-facing products and internal operations.
