Develop commercial sales opportunities by building relationships with engineers, architects, contractors, and other professionals. Prepare estimates, proposals, submittals, and contracts; manage customer communication and projects from initial agreement through installation completion. Coordinate schedules, paperwork, utility locates, production teams, installation crews, and collections while meeting sales goals. Travel to Milwaukee, Madison, and Minneapolis approximately one week per month.
