Oversee MEP and infrastructure design reviews, contractor coordination, schedule, budget, quality, safety, compliance, site inspections, testing/commissioning, procurement support, risk mitigation, and project handover. Prepare progress reports and leadership updates.

Lead and execute integrated corporate communications to strengthen SJ's reputation and leadership visibility. Advise senior leaders on executive messaging, manage media relations, drive thought leadership, oversee industry events, awards, sponsorships, and corporate content, and support internal employee engagement and reputational risk monitoring.

Two-year graduate programme providing hands-on consulting engineering experience across structural, civil, geotechnical and construction disciplines. Graduates contribute to major projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, undertake technical tasks and structured development, and receive coaching to build professional skills and launch their engineering careers.
