Coordinates mechanical work with power, fire protection, structural systems, plantrooms, service yards, shafts, corridors, and roof zones to support capacity, reliability, maintainability, and commissioning readiness.

Administers and reviews project contracts, ensuring legal, regulatory, and company compliance. Coordinates contract finalization, variations, document control, performance monitoring, amendments, claims analysis, and contract reporting. Supports internal and external audits, responds to inquiries, and assists with corrective actions while managing multiple contracts and deadlines.

Creates 3D architectural visualizations, renders, architectural views, graphics, and presentation materials using Lumion 3D, SketchUp, and Adobe tools. Collaborates with architects, engineers, and project teams on project, bid, and client deliverables while managing multiple assignments and meeting deadlines.
