Two-year graduate programme providing hands-on consulting engineering experience across structural, civil, geotechnical and construction disciplines. Graduates contribute to major projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, undertake technical tasks and structured development, and receive coaching to build professional skills and launch their engineering careers.

Develop, calibrate, and validate building and energy-system models for high-performance design, code compliance, certifications, incentives, and decarbonization. Lead modeling standards, workflows, QA/QC, documentation, and complex project execution. Present findings to clients, utilities, regulators, and project teams while collaborating with architects, engineers, and sustainability professionals. Mentor junior modelers, provide technical guidance, and support organizational capability development.

Assist employer representatives with Green Mark compliance and sustainability initiatives. Conduct energy audits, analyze consumption and cost data, log major energy-consuming systems, review building systems and documentation, identify energy-saving opportunities, perform feasibility and cost-benefit assessments, and prepare annual audit reports with recommendations and estimated costs.
