Manages the full accounts receivable and accounts payable cycles, including invoicing, cash application, vendor payments, reconciliations, controls, aging, audits, and month-end support. Supervises AR/AP staff, develops team capability, partners cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies, and improves financial workflows through ERP optimization, automation, and SOP development.

Manages supply chain planning, demand forecasting, inventory, sourcing, procurement, supplier negotiations, purchase orders, logistics, and KPI reporting. Develops supply strategies, mitigates quality and delivery risks, reduces excess inventory, and leads continuous improvement. Oversees purchasing staff, coaches team members, and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure materials support customer requirements. Provides hands-on MRP planning, expediting, supplier follow-up, and procurement coverage during team absences.
