Assists production activities by pulling and staging materials, dies, packaging supplies, tools, and fixtures; transporting finished work; attaching labels and documentation; completing job records; and maintaining a safe, orderly work area. Follows job specifications, standard processes, quality procedures, and safety policies in a factory or warehouse environment. The role requires standing, walking, repetitive lifting, and operating factory machinery.

Manage customer invoicing, post payments (ACH, lockbox, checks), reconcile AR to GL, maintain customer records, handle billing inquiries, execute collections and produce reporting to keep accounts current.

Support quality across product development, production, suppliers and customers. Perform root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions, create PPAP/PFMEA/control plans, run SPC studies, support audits, inspect incoming goods, lead supplier quality resolution, and communicate quality results to stakeholders.
