Lead regional HR operations across Southeast sites, managing payroll, recruitment, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and engagement. Serve as strategic business partner to senior leaders, mentor HR teams, standardize HR policies/processes, support workforce planning, and drive retention and operational efficiency in a manufacturing environment. Regular regional travel (~25%).

The Production Associate helps with loading/unloading equipment, following safety procedures, data entry, palletizing products, and maintaining production areas.

Lead and manage facility billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing. Supervise and develop the billing team, collaborate with operations, sales, customer service, and finance, support margin management and month/year-end processes, drive process improvements, ensure compliance and audit readiness, and support system and reporting enhancements.
