Support regional field sales to grow gross profit via margin management, account management, new business development, and sales metric measurement. Maintain pricing integrity, own CPQ functions, prepare customer equity statements and business reviews, track pipeline and sales reports, and act as a liaison across sales, CS, purchasing, production, and other stakeholders. Serve as MS Dynamics CRM super user and contribute to budgeting, scorecards, and territory debriefs.

Support production by stacking finished boxes, setting up bundler and machine ends, verifying cover/tie sheets and load tags, monitoring quality, assisting operators, reporting counts and issues, completing reports, and following safety and housekeeping policies.

Maintain general ledger, post journal entries, reconcile accounts, support month- and year-end close, prepare financial statements and management reports, handle AP/AR and payroll, assist with tax filings and audit preparation, support budgeting/forecasting, identify process improvements, and produce ad hoc financial analysis.
