Supports onsite human resources operations at a fulfillment center, including employee relations, investigations, manager coaching, corrective actions, onboarding, training, engagement, retention, and HR communications. Serves as the primary HR contact for employees and leaders, resolves routine concerns, identifies recurring issues, maintains confidentiality, and escalates complex matters. Partners with HR leadership and site management to promote consistent policies and a positive employee experience.

Own strategy and delivery of AI-driven products across customer and internal use cases. Lead discovery, write requirements, partner with engineers, design experiments/A-B tests, monitor performance, and champion responsible AI practices.

Design, develop, and execute automated and manual tests for web and mobile applications. Create test plans, run API and database tests, validate end-to-end functionality, debug issues, and collaborate with developers, PMs, and UX to ensure product quality.
