Supervise Receiving and Put Away teams in a fulfillment center. Oversee inbound product checking, quantity and quality verification, purchase order completion, discrepancy resolution, inventory placement, safety, staffing, and KPI performance. Assign work, conduct meetings and employee check-ins, provide coaching, address performance issues, maintain accurate timecards, and implement process improvements with the Inbound Manager. The role requires a flexible schedule and significant standing, walking, pushing, and pulling.

Lead day-to-day operations of SupplyHouse's third-party marketplace: identify and qualify suppliers, manage end-to-end onboarding and technical feed setup, maintain catalog/listing quality, create and document SOPs, monitor post-launch supplier performance, coordinate cross-functionally, and execute operational projects, audits, and reconciliations to ensure marketplace health and supplier success.

Design, deliver, and manage onboarding, upskilling, and compliance training for fulfillment center staff. Assess training needs, create interactive curricula and assessments, run instructor-led sessions and new hire orientation, track training effectiveness and compliance, maintain training documentation, cross-train staff, support safety and operational standards, and collaborate with leadership to improve processes and performance.
