Supervise the Picking Team in an e-commerce fulfillment center by coordinating Fast Track orders, wave assignments, replenishment, accuracy, safety, training, timecards, performance feedback, and KPIs. Serve as the primary contact for customer service issues involving priority orders and picking errors. Address personnel matters, execute process improvements and assigned projects, participate in HR leadership meetings, and support operational demands through a flexible schedule.

Design, develop, and execute automated and manual tests for web and mobile applications. Create test plans, run API and database tests, validate end-to-end functionality, debug issues, and collaborate with developers, PMs, and UX to ensure product quality.

Supervises fulfillment center receiving operations, including shipment inspection, purchase order reconciliation, inventory recording, putaway, associate scheduling, performance feedback, KPI tracking, safety, and process improvements. Partners with onsite leaders to address staffing, volume, quality, and personnel issues while ensuring timely and accurate receiving operations.
