Manages India office administration, workplace operations, facilities maintenance, vendors, invoices, expenses, travel logistics, onboarding support, employee insurance, audits, office events, gifting, and merchandise procurement. Coordinates with HR, Finance, IT, and external providers to maintain workplace readiness and employee experience. Supports office expansion, relocation, and daily operational requests while working hands-on onsite with minimal supervision.

Serves as the primary contact for assigned client accounts, managing onboarding, subscription validation, entitlement reconciliation, query resolution, and cross-functional coordination. Maintains accurate and confidential client data, monitors portfolio completeness, and prepares reports on risk trends and portfolio changes. The role also supports ad hoc client requests, follows compliance processes, and stays current on product and operational updates.

Work as an individual-contributor Data Scientist building and maintaining data pipelines and ML models for risk intelligence. Clean and prepare messy data, deploy and monitor production models, collaborate with product and engineering, and iterate on solutions using Python and ML libraries. Communicate technical tradeoffs and document methodologies clearly.

Support research team by collecting and updating data on global locations and suppliers, performing secondary research, analyzing financial and economic indicators, producing professional research reports and event alerts, and providing actionable insights to clients.
