Perform sampling and testing of in-process and finished products, operate lab/testing equipment, record and document results, identify deviations and escalate, support calibration and audits, and contribute to continuous improvement and quality compliance at a defense-oriented production facility.

Lead R&D strategy and lab operations for defense energetics, win and execute DARPA/DoD programs, engage Congress and federal agencies, influence policy, align technical workstreams with manufacturing scale-up, and represent the company in industry and national security forums.

Design, develop, and optimize industrial processes and equipment for large-scale energetics production. Lead R&D testing of chemistries, improve efficiency and quality through data analysis, enforce safety and environmental compliance, manage equipment maintenance, and mentor a small production and lab team.
