Teams at Supply Chain Wizard

Drive sprint preparation, maintain backlog hygiene, draft user stories, translate client needs into software requirements, coordinate cross-team prioritization, track decisions/action items, and take day-to-day ownership of product operations while communicating between Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.

Serve as product SME and technical bridge between customers, CS, and R&D. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, run root-cause analysis, configure OPC connectors, document SOPs, and support client-facing technical discussions to scale solutions and reduce R&D interruptions.
