Leads revenue operations and strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Owns HubSpot architecture, administration, automation, reporting, and data quality; manages the broader revenue technology stack; deploys AI for forecasting and lead scoring; develops revenue forecasts, dashboards, and predictive analytics; optimizes lead-to-cash workflows and deal desk operations; and establishes planning, pipeline review, and cross-functional operating processes.

Serve as primary customer contact for product issues in a SaaS platform: triage, diagnose, and resolve technical/data issues using SQL and API tools; document investigations; onboard and guide customers; collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to drive fixes and improve adoption.

Lead design and delivery of enterprise BI solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. Build data models, dashboards, real-time analytics, and AI-powered insights. Collaborate with stakeholders, Data Engineering, and US leadership to turn complex requirements into scalable, high-performance reports and analytics solutions.
