Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for one or two core B2B products. Lead customer discovery, define success metrics, prioritize initiatives, prototype with AI tools, and drive execution from requirements through launch and iteration. Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, founders, and product leadership to deliver customer-facing software, experimentation, analytics, and AI-powered workflows in a fast-moving startup environment.

Serve as an early, high-impact customer-facing teammate owning inbound support across email, chat, and calls. Use AI tools to draft responses, log bugs in Linear, maintain help center content, synthesize customer feedback into product insights, and collaborate with product and engineering to resolve and prevent issues.
