Own the vision, strategy, and delivery of Supio’s AI-powered legal technology product area. Define core and agentic user experiences, lead vertical products for law firms, engage customers regularly, and drive rapid iteration from concept to production. The role is highly hands-on, involving prototyping, specifications, design changes, scripting, and occasional code contributions while partnering closely with engineering, design, and customer teams.

Own the full mid-market sales cycle, from prospecting and cold calling through closing new business and meeting revenue targets. Build relationships with law firm decision-makers, conduct in-person demonstrations, attend industry events, maintain accurate CRM pipeline data, and collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams. The role requires strong communication, organization, sales execution, and an interest in AI and legal technology.

Lead full-stack software development across frontend and backend systems, designing scalable solutions and productionizing AI-driven capabilities. Collaborate with product, design, and support teams to translate customer needs into technical solutions, resolve complex issues, improve development processes, and contribute to product direction. The role requires React, TypeScript, and Node.js expertise, with preferred experience in LLMs, REST APIs, microservices, databases, and cloud platforms.
